Limited Monarch Industries Warranty

For a period of one year from the date of original purchase, Monarch Industries will replace or repair for the original purchaser, free of charge, any part or parts, found upon examination by any Monarch Industries Authorized Service Depot or by the Monarch Industries factory, to be defective in material or workmanship or both. Equipment and accessories not manufactured by Monarch Industries (such as electric motors, gasoline engines, control devices, etc.) are warranted only to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranty. If any product or part is replaced or repaired under the terms and conditions of this warranty, that product or part will carry the remainder of the warranty from the date of original purchase.

Exceptions to the one year warranty

TWO YEAR WARRANTY

For a period of two years from the date of purchase, Monarch Industries will replace or repair for the original purchaser, free of charge, any Monarch Industries brand Jet pump, any Franklin Electric 4" Deep Well Submersible motor or BSGF Series pump, found upon examination by any Monarch Industries Authorized Service Depot or by the Monarch Industries factory, to be defective in material or workmanship or both.

FIVE YEAR WARRANTY

For a period of five years from the date of purchase, Monarch Industries will replace or repair for the original purchaser, free of charge, any Flexcon Industries Challenger Series or Jet-Rite Series Diaphragm Well Tank or any Monarch Industries MST, MSS, ST and SB Series 4" Deep Well Submersible pump end, found upon examination by any Monarch Industries Authorized Service Depot or by the Monarch Industries factory, to be defective in material or workmanship or both.

All transportation charges on parts submitted for replacement or repair under this warranty must be borne by the purchaser. For warranty service, see your nearest Monarch Industries Authorized Service Depot.

There is no other express warranty. Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to one year from date of purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Liability for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded to the extent exclusion is permitted by law.

This warranty is an addition to any statutory warranty.

Lion Hydraulics Cylinders

30 Month Warranty

All hydraulic tie-rod cylinder products carry a 30 Month Warranty from date of consumer purchase. Should any Lion tie-rod cylinder fail due to quality of workmanship or materials, Lion Hydraulics will replace that product free of charge (bent or broken cylinder rods are not warrantable under this program.)
