Monarch Industries is celebrating its 90th Anniversary in 2025, as well as the 50th Anniversary of its foundry relocating to Winkler, MB and the 10th Anniversary of its China facility.
Since 1935, Monarch has established itself as a leader in the global Original Equipment Manufacturers market for both hydraulic cylinders and custom iron castings. Quality, delivery and cost competitiveness along with Monarch’s years of producing highly engineered products, are now complemented by its expanded, global manufacturing capabilities.
Monarch is ideally positioned to become a ‘one stop shop’ for OEMs with global requirements or domestic distribution in one of our local markets. Our products are marketed to many different industries including Agriculture, Construction, Industrial and the Mobile market to name a few. We also support a large number of distributors and specialty manufacturers with standard and unique product to meet their customer’s needs.

Our quality system is registered to the international ISO 9001 (2015) standard. ISO 9001 is the highest and most comprehensive quality system, covering design, manufacturing, installation, and servicing systems. In addition, Monarch has been audited and received quality approval from many of the market leading OEM’s in the Agricultural, Construction and Industrial sectors.
Committed to creating a healthier environment for its employees and the community, Monarch Industries is also registered to the ISO 14001 (2015) environmental management standard. The ISO 14001 standard exists to help organizations minimize their environmental footprint; comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other environmentally oriented requirements; and continually improve in each of these areas. Monarch first attained the ISO14001 standard in its Winkler foundry operations in 2009 and then again in 2011 for its Winnipeg operations. Monarch was one of the very first foundries in North America to achieve this environmental award and remains one of a small number that has attained ISO 14001 approval.
Another milestone Monarch has recently achieved is to be recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies for the 19th year, making Monarch a Platinum member in this very prestigious group of companies.
