- Weld joints are approved by our in-house Welding Engineers and certified by The Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB).
- Safety factor calculations govern all aspects of the cylinder component designs.
- Our production knowledge of flow paths and processes assure that your cylinders are designed for manufacturability (DFM) in your applications.
- Wherever new design aspects or processes are required you know we will perform full DFMEA and PFMEA analysis and validation, which will continuously improve our design standards.
Monarch’s expert team of dedicated Professional Engineers and Technologists design new product utilizing customized design automation software. This exclusive tool utilizes all design assumptions, calculations and production flow paths to automatically create Solid Works models, drawings, BOMs and manufacturing documentation. Not only does this Monarch software leverage our internal engineering expertise, but we also have a fully trained external engineering team for even greater capacity and flexibility
