Job Responsibilities:
- Bench and Machine related work
- Pattern & Corebox finishing
- Pattern & Corebox repairs
- Apply Pattern gating/rigging
- Read, Interpret Engineering Drawings, and follow Gating Layouts
- Contribute to continuous improvement daily
- Demonstrated ability to work independently without supervision
- Work well and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Adhere to all Safety and Health standards
- Fulfill duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Education Required:
- Minimum Grade 12
- CAD (Preferably SolidWorks )
- CAM (Preferably MasterCam)
Experience Required:
- Strong organization and documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability of working with Pattern Shop machines and hand tools required
- Pattern making experience and education an asset
- Knowledge of foundry processes is an asset
