Responsible for maintenance and repair of facility.
Troubleshoot, diagnose malfunctions, and conduct repairs.
Repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and other special systems.
Examine and adjust equipment.
Install, test, and remove conveyors, drive units, heating and ventilation equipment, pumps, compressors, and prime movers.
Repair / service pneumatic and electric tools, gear boxes, pumps, actuators & cylinders (pneumatic and hydraulic).
Repair / rebuild electric and pneumatic hoists, fabricate parts, guards.
Use of lathe and milling machine to repair or make required parts.
Welding and brazing to repair parts.
Machinery installation and removal; rigs and hoists, Pneumatics, tanks, and containers.
Installation and maintenance of electrical motors; fabrication, modification, and overhaul of equipment.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to speak, read and write English.
Inter-provincial Red Seal (Millwright), or combination of over five years’ work experience in the trade and some high school, college, or Industry courses in industrial machinery repair and a combination of work experience.
Repair and maintenance to CNC mills and lathes strongly preferred.
Availability and readiness to work any assigned work shifts.
