Job Description:

Mask and load assembled cylinders and castings onto paint lines.
Label and install pins and kits on painted cylinders and castings.
Prepare pre-packing materials.
Unload and package product. Prepare for shipping.

Job Responsibilities:

Load and unload parts into and out of industrial washer.
Produce required quality and productivity levels (efficiency & utilization).
Report all production accurately.
Handle and record all inventory accurately.
Complete required Total Productive Maintenance procedures daily.
Contribute to continuous improvement on a daily basis.
Ability to work as a part of a 24 hour operation that rotates shifts on a 4 week schedule.
Maintain cleanliness and order of work center.
Adheres to all Safety and Health standards.
Duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

High School.
Post-secondary or alternate course work related to manufacturing an asset.
Experience with understanding and interpretation of blueprints and production documents an asset.
Must pass Essential Skills Employment Test
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic and challenging environment by effectively organizing, prioritizing, and executing.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Capable of repeatedly lifting heavy cylinders (assisted).
Mechanically inclined and ability to use power tools.
Understand, remember, and carry out detailed instructions
Maintain attention and concentration for extended periods
Perform activities within a schedule
Work involves pressure to meet deadlines
Juggle tasks and prioritize work
