Our hydraulic cylinders are manufatured in a state-of-the-art facility, that follow the main principles of World Class Manufacturing. The Quality of our Hydraulics Products are a top priority for us. Included are some of the highlighted Quality measures we undertake to ensure our Hydraulics Products are of the highest Quality and meet or exceed the needs of our customers.
Quality Designed Into The Product
Monarch’s strategy involves a “design for cycle life” approach, complimented by a robust engineering team and developed highly engineered hydraulic cylinder designs that build Quality right into our products.
Our Hydraulic Cylinders are manufactured using the latest technology, equipment, and trained staff, so that our products meet or exceed our expectations.
Monarch uses the following measures in the manufacture of our Hydraulics Cylinders:
- First Article Inspection
- In-Process Frequency Inspections, as defined by Engineering
- End-of-Line (EOL) Testing. This includes air and oil testing, as defined by Engineering
Monarch performs the following Cleanliness Testing measures and performs this testing using the latest technology, through microscopic scanning, according to ISO 4405, 4406, and 4407:
- Gravimetric Analysis
- Abrasive Particle Analysis
- Non-Abrasive Particle Analysis
- Fibre Analysis
Monarch uses state-of-the-art 3D scanning technology to achieve extremely accurate measurements of all our products and / or sub-components, as well as various industry accepted measurement tools.
Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
Monarch uses the Advanced Product Quality Planning techniques, developed by the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG). These include:
- Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA)
- Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
- Control Plans
- Flow Charts
- Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

Monarch uses the latest technology for PPAP project management and documentation.
